This immersive four-course wine dinner follows the footsteps of the "Angelic Doctor," charting a course through the regions that defined his life’s journey from his noble beginnings in Southern Italy to his influential years in Paris. Each course is carefully paired with regional wines to reflect Aquinas’s travels.
